We are a team of 7 specialists, located in Europe but coming from different countries and continents, speaking different native languages. All of us have graduated from an university or masters, respectively: computer science, physics engineering, communication, marketing, international business administration, American literature, journalism. Most of us have over 7-8 years of work experience and some of us have worked in multinationals (Fortune 100).
Online work is what we do because it gives us the freedom to choose what and when we work on and who we work with.
Our online work approach:
1. We try to avoid unsuccessful cooperation, therefore we choose to work with older buyers with an award rate bigger than 49%, only.
2. We act sustainably, therefore we are happy to work with new buyers who are enthusiastic about online work and offer support in understanding and using the Elance platform.
3. We are a huge fan of Elance, therefore we accept working online only through Elance, even though you found out about Rent eBrains from elsewhere. We are happy to teach you to use Elance and uncover the opportunities it offers to buyers worldwide.

Payment Terms
We accept only Escrow payment: fund escrow before we start and release escrow after you receive our work and you are completely satisfied with the results.
First time clients will release escrow within 3 days from project delivery.
Projects worth more than 150$ will be split in milestones and each milestone will be released after the deliverable for that particular milestone was sent and agreed upon with by the buyer.
Urgency fee will be included in the bid amount for projects that need 24h delivery time. The amount will be specified in the bid.
We work weekends as well - for very urgent projects - in this case a weekend fee will be included and the amount will be specified in the bid.
All our bids include 50% of the Elance fees. Currently the Elance fee for any project with us is 7.75% of the total bid amount. We will keep you updated if the percentage changes.
Bids do not include VAT unless specified.
We offer significant discounts for projects with a budget over 800$.
