All work is done as 'work for hire'. When you buy it, you own it and all rights to it - and I do not put it in my portfolio. I am enthusiastic about my work and tend to over-deliver by providing more concept roughs than requested, doing more revisions to fine-tune small details than expected and going above and beyond to be sure all aspects of the project are covered .

I have one of the longest running banner and website design sites on the internet and have been designing banners, logos (real logos... not the all-too-common McLogos), custom websites, custom designed website templates, website graphics and website header/banner graphics for more than a decade. I am also very experienced with custom template/theme design for Wordpress and Joomla content management systems as well as designing front ends for custom PHP applications and also many areas of commercial print design.

I prefer payment by elance escrow. Payment terms for most jobs are full agreed upon payment on completion of project. I prefer to use elance PMB for communication.
