We've worked on number of enterprise-level ROR projects using MySQL, PostgreSQL, Memcached, RubyAMF, CairngORM, Sphinx, Ferret. We have experience in scaling techniques for ROR projects, deployment tools, servers optimization, coupling ror with java stack (jruby + tomcat) etc. We do know what TDD and BDD means (using rspec on a daily basis and cucumber from time to time) and follow Agile methodology. We have strong experiense with major versioning systems (git, svn). And we love macs.
