Payment on completion for small projects (under $500). Larger project payment terms by negotiation. Turn around times will be agreed on a project by project basis with realistic time-frames provided to you. Status reports for PPC will be provided monthly. 2. Technical audit of your website: Information Architecture, User Journey Analysis (the steps to achieve your stated goals, i.e.: what it takes for a user to make a purchase on your website or sign up to your newsletter), and up to 3 levels of web page Code - $570
3. Identification of your website's key areas for on-site SEO strategy development - $237
4. Image, Video and Social Search Optimization strategy development - $285
5. Benchmarking and Analysis of your Search Engine ranking Competitors (these will nearly always be different to those that you see as your competitors!) - $380
6. Research and Creation of your Keyword & Phrase Optimization lists, forget KEI scores!! - $665
7. Development of Information Architecture tactics and strategy - $380

Pay Per Click Marketing (PPC)
I also have a vast experience of delivering commercially successful Pay Per Click Marketing campaigns on all main and secondary search engine PPC platforms. Useful for getting to page 1 almost immediately. Click Costs are charged direct to your credit card.
My turn-key PPC service includes all of the following:
1. Initial briefing to understand goals of the campaign from the client and agreement on tracking campaign success factors and methodology
2. Research client's competitive search landscape and produce estimated costs for client to sign-off on budget
3. Development of structured Pay Per Click campaign with respective ad groups on Google initially
4. Creation of refined keyword lists for the client's ad groups, including initial bid settings, destination url's and negative keywords at the campaign and ad group level
5. Drafting of Ad Copy for client approval and sign-off
6. Monthly email/skype call to discuss the campaign results and understand from the client any upcoming promotions, offers, product or service releases that can be used to further enhance the PPC campaign.
All PPC campaigns are delivered to the client's stated Cost Per Sale/Cost Per Registration value established during the client briefing stage.
I charge a flat fee of $190 per month to manage each PPC Campaign. Each Ad Group is charged at $20 per month for management, typically a client will have initially a single Campaign and a minimum of 3 ad groups. A maximum of 15 keywords in each ad group applies, does not include negative match keywords, which are unlimited.
There are some clients that are in sectors where it is not cost efficient to undertake PPC activity and I would always provide a confidence level of being able to achieve a client's goals before any campaign activity started.
