I currently work for Microsoft in the United Kingdom on the Premier SharePoint Infrastructure Support team. I also moonlight after hours to help anyone out there needs my expertise.
I'm MCSE certified. I've done the Messaging component to support Exchange and I've also passed all the SharePoint MCTS exams. I've been supporting Windows since Windows 3.0. Yes I remember the days before 3.1. I've also supported Exchange since it launched as version 4.0. My SharePoint experience goes back to the days when SharePoint was just SharePoint Team Services.
