My responsibilities include developing, maintaining & troubleshooting using tools like VB6, VBS, VBA, Crystal Reports (I have created 100+ all level reports) Gentran EDI Server, EDI mapping development, Exchange Server, SQL Server, ISA Server, CGS Blue Cherry Apparel Software, Microsoft Access, MSOffice .NET Framework (VB.net & C#), UPS Worldship, FedEx Shipping Software, Acrobat PDF Forms Development. I have successfully completed setup for most of the server\client software. I have also developed many applications (Order Entry, Production, Inventory control, Labeling, etc.) to help integrate programs, improve operational workflow, information reuse, and increase overall productivity.
Here at Cejon we use reports extensively so Crystal Reports has been an integral part of my daily work. I have been using Crystal Reports since the first version of Visual Basic that came with the software bundled back in 1996. I have a wealth of experience & knowledge with Custom Formulas, Cross-Tabs, Summaries, Sub-Reports, Conditional Formatting, Parameters, Advanced Functions, Programming and Integration into .NET and COM enabled applications.
Another important part of my responsibilities is to design and implement databases mostly using Microsoft SQL Server and Access depending on expected data size & complexity. After designing them and creating the user interface I work with the users training them and making sure the tool works well and is as easy and as user friendly as possible.
