Summary

I am a Florida-based attorney in general litigation practice. I can provide a variety of legal services, including contract review and analysis, research and writing, licensing agreements, NDAs, non-competes, legal compliance consulting, and incorporation services. The area I most frequently handle for Elance clients is regulatory compliance, in which I analyze a business model and provide advise as to the legality of the model pursuant to state or Federal guidelines. I have done this for a number of clients in different areas of the consumer credit industry.

In addition, I find that many times a strongly worded letter on attorney letterhead can lead to resolution of most disputes, so I usually recommend starting there.

I am highly skilled at research and writing and enjoy this area of practice as well.

Terms and Conditions

By clicking "accept the terms and conditions" below, I, as a small business owner who currently maintains a business charge card, credit card or line of credit account issued by American Express Bank, FSB or one of its affiliates ("Cardmember" and "American Express"), agree to the following terms and conditions governing the use of the "OPEN from American Express" logo ("OPEN Logo") and the exchange of certain information between Elance and American Express:
    A. American Express grants a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, fee-free right for the Cardmember to have the OPEN Logo appear next to the Cardmember's name and business name as they appear on the Elance website but solely in connection with and solely to the extent reasonably necessary to indicate that I am a Cardmember. The Cardmember agrees 1) that any and all uses of the OPEN Logo must be approved in writing by American Express; 2) not to alter the OPEN Logo in any way; 3) that any and all use of the OPEN Logo by Cardmember shall inure to the benefit of American Express; and 4) that American Express shall have the right to arrange for the removal of the OPEN Logo at any time without prior notice.
    B. The Cardmember agrees that American Express may share with Elance 1) any RSVP code(s) included in email(s) sent by American Express to the Cardmember regarding its arrangement with Elance and 2) that the Cardmember maintains (or does not maintain) an active business charge card, credit card or line of credit account issued by American Express.
    C. The Cardmember further agrees that Elance may share with American Express the following information entered by the Cardmember in connection with the Elance registration: Cardmember.s first and last name, zip code and the American Express Card account number.
