If you're searching for one-on-one personalized attention, you've found it! art-girl is a home-based graphic design business specializing in print design, plus basic "front-end" web site design and graphics. In addition to my day job as a Graphics Editor for a local newspaper, I decided to form art-girl as a way to add a little excitement to my work week, portfolio and wallet.
Payment Terms
Payment terms: Full payment must be made before delivery of final art to client or printer. For projects over $1000, I will require a 25% nonrefundable deposit to begin work. Terms can be discussed prior to project start.
I own many typefaces and have access to royalty-free photos and illustrations, the use of which is included in the bid price. The client is responsible for the purchase of any other desired type and images outside of this realm.
Estimated turnaround time provided with my bid relies upon concise direction and quality information from the client. This reduces the number of revisions and therefore the time involved. As I do work at home outside of my 9-to-5 (CST), most of my work is done in the evenings, though I may be contacted at any time via PMB, e-mail and mobile.
Delivery of final art by e-mail or FTP included in bid; projects requiring delivery by mail services, storage media or proofs additional charge.
You will own complete copyrights to your project unless noted within my bid. I would like to retain the right to use my designs for portfolio and other personal promotional items. Samples of final printed pieces would be appreciated.
File ownership: Ownership of deliverables belongs to the client. I will retain all preliminary work, including source/native/working files and third-party files unless their release is negotiated prior to the start of the project.
I can also provide printing bids if desired.
