I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for almost two years now and have a very satisfied client base (just check my feedback and you'll find that to be true). I realize that I don't have any recent feedback on Elance, but that's only because I developed several long-term client relationships through Elance and haven't needed it for a while. My client base includes executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs.

I am based out of the Austin, TX area. My computer skills are excellent. My phone manner is very friendly and professional. I am extremely organized, detail oriented, and dependable. I am also willing to work outside of normal business hours whenever needed.

I have years of professional research experience (including extensive work with databases) and have even worked as a freelance writer (should you ever need help in that area).

I have a B.A. Degree in Political Science and my graduate education is in Psychology.

My bid of $2400 is for a trial period of 1 month.

With over 20 years of experience with Fortune 100 & 500 corporations (pharmaceuticals such as J&J, Fisher Scientific, Eli Lilly and others) in executive administration and managerial positions responsible for international credit, customer service, and sales, I have earned the skills of developing complete departments, creating policies and procedures, trained on ISO 9000, and project management. Through all my years of corporate work, I handled key business positions enabling me to learn the required skills to develop and manage successfully the responsibilities entrusted to me at the time.

In addition, I have a Real Estate Sales Specialist (FL) license with a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and APM (Accredited Property Management) designations, and for the past 4 years actively worked, part-time as a Realtor. Currently, my license is inactive, but up to date, and I have concentrated my business strategies into my Virtual Assistant business, Office Assistant 2 Go. The business was established in 2003, and I have retained several customers for 5+ years, where I have managed their administrative and accounting responsibilities, as well as customer service and online sales, for some. One of my service packages is to help new business owners establish themselves, from searching for office space, required government licenses, permits, equipment, software, accountants, etc.

With this experience, I feel confident that I can be considered for the position of helping you organize and structure your Real Estate business. I am bidding $2500.00/month for 3 months as trial basis to make sure we both feel our expectations are being met. I am new with ELANCE and hope to have an opportunity to get new business with you.

I have more than 20 years of experience in investment banking and finance with special emphasis on corporate structures, M&As, buyouts, IPOs, and the operation of equity and derivative markets. I have also participated extensively in Due Diligence studies and have wide experience in
reviewing legal agreements.

Apart from being able to undertake investment banking related work for you, you may find me to be an especially useful member of your team if you have investments in Asia. I am a Chinese resident in Malaysia, and conversant with the business cultures in this region. If you do not yet have any investments in this part of the world, now would be an excellent time to research this initiative, since Asia, in particular China, is expected to continue experiencing exponential growth in the coming decades.
