I have successfully written grants and done fundraising in the non profit world for a theatre company that I worked with for years. I am not only a grant writer, I am also a professional copywriter. We are from Canada and have worked for several years with Green Energy Firms as well as worked with not for profits doing grant writing work. We would be happy to provide samples and references upon request.Our charges depend upon the complexity of the grant. For research of suitable grants, we request a flat fee of $1000 per grant over $10,000, plus 5% of the grant that we are able to obtain for you (for grants 0-$50,000). Where we obtain more than $50,000 we request simply request 5% of the grant value. The general thinking behind grant proposals are that the more complex and higher the value of the grant, the longer the application. We have done work for EverGreen Energy Corp., Not for Profits such as CALA, FUTSOL Association, and Fundacion Mexicana.

My bid for your grant writing is based upon years of successful grant writing experience and the skills of a nationally published writer in industry, literature, and the environment:

1) Selecting the candidates to present the grant to is a major part of achieving success. The selection depends upon timing, history of the grantee for this type of grant, and the feasibility of success of the underlying project and its organization. Then, it takes a very skilled writer who is already known to the federal or private grant community. Often it takes three or four major submissions.

2. Enclosed are two recently published and winning environmental work samples: "Leonardo's Green Dream" and "How To Buy A New Car". My portfolio is also available for reveiw with many other works aboard.

3. Generally, I write alone on selected writing assignments, but I have MBAs available for support research. My bid of $1000 is for the first submissin and hopefully that will be a successful one. Each submission after that will be $750.

I have successfully written grants that have received as much as 512,000 pounds over 3 years. (CODA International) as well as small grants with personal foundations. I have 20 years working in the non profit sector, mostly around international issues.

My bid could be rengotiated based on a lesser or greater workload however assuming a level of research as well as writing I propose a fee of $2,200 per grant. I have given a delivery estimate of 2 months assuming that it ay take around 6 weeks of work prior to finalising the first grant proposal assuming some level of existing knowledge around potential funders on your part.
