I have prior experience with link building and blog promotion as well, having maintained my own blog for almost five years and I currently work for a non-profit conducting web research and link building. I also possess excellent e-mail skills and etiquette.
Having been online since 1996, I am an expert at all things involving the Internet and keep current with all the latest technology and trends. Being a student myself, I am familiar and quite adept at performing research online and in person at libraries.
For my rate, I selected $8.50/hour at five hours a week for four weeks saying that my delivery estimate was within one month. The values for "estimated hours" and "delivery estimate" are flexible since you are unsure of the amount of time this project will need.
