Enhancements to Status Reports

Status Reports, introduced in July, help providers systematically manage customer expectations and satisfaction. They allow providers to document progress as work is performed, and communicate job status on a weekly basis.

The recently updated Tracker automatically generates Status Reports and Invoices, eliminating billing errors and making  project billing quick and easy. Since the launch of Tracker and Status Reports, we have received positive feedback from many providers and employers.

Employers can request to work with providers who use Tracker and submit weekly Status Reports during the job posting process. Other features and benefits include:

I find Status Reports helpful in prodding clients to provide needed information and to review drafts in a timely manner.

Is the Status Reports system optional? or should be always used? does affect our profile? I think is not clear what to do to make FINISHED PROJECTS appear like FINISHED and not as 'Working'.

Hi Boulevard,

Today, once both employer and provider confirm that a job is completed, the job’s status will be shown as “Complete”. In the Workroom, however, it will continue to show in the list of active jobs (“Working”): this is a known issue that will be addressed soon.

Thanks,
