Using Connects 
Each service provider membership plan comes with a set number of Connects, which enable you to submit a proposal on a project posting and receive new business leads. The number of Connects required per proposal varies according to the value of the project and whether it is a featured project. By matching lower budget projects to a lower proposal cost and higher budget projects to a slightly higher proposal cost, the number of proposals each project receives will be optimized, improving the experience for both buyers and providers. Service providers may upgrade at any time to add more Connects to their plan. Connect amounts are reset at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. Any unused Connects from the previous billing period are NOT added to the next billing period. To receive other business leads (e.g., through chat, click-to-call and view contact info), there is currently no charge (zero Connects).
