Is Teams for You?
Take our four-question quiz below:
1. Do different members of your organization review jobs and submit proposals?
2. Do you employ managers who have the responsibility of interfacing with clients and acting as team leaders for other employees?
3. Are the people in your organization who manage the financial aspects of your Elance business different than those who complete the work?
4. Do you want a way to route private message (PMB) communications specifically to the person working on a project?
Did you say yes to at least one of these questions? Then Teams might be right for you. For more information, check out our video tutorial.
Maximizing Team Member Profiles
Starting November 2008, all team member profiles will be linked directly from the provider profile page.
Put your best foot forward by following these tips:
- Complete the ‘Summary’ section for each team member, listing their experience and role on your team
- Ensure the skills section is updated and personalized for each team member
- Encourage individual team members to demonstrate their expertise by getting their skills tested
