Elance is currently looking for smart, talented people to help us build the world's leading way to hire and manage online talent. We provide an easy, cost-effective solution to match employers with a ready and qualified global workforce who can write code, create designs, develop content, conduct research, edit, translate or transcribe documents, provide customer service, and implement marketing strategies. We also provide an online Work System where employers can use online workrooms, track milestones and pay for results.

Our business is growing fast and so is our team. We have a core team based at our Mountain View headquarters and an equally large online team we work with on Elance.com. We are looking to fill a few key positions in our Mountain View headquarters.
