What are the fees associated with my Elance Prepaid MasterCard?
Elance has partnered with Payoneer to offer the Prepaid MasterCard as an additional withdrawal source for our members. Any service provider with a paid membership can apply for the Elance Prepaid MasterCard.

What can I do to minimize my fees?
Purchase Use
There are no fees associated with purchasing online or at any point of sale. (Those are paid by the merchant)
ATM Use
- Check the maximum amount allowed to withdraw in one request in the ATM you use. Try to use one that lets you withdraw higher amounts and then you do not have to withdraw more than once and pay the withdrawal fee twice.
- Some ATMs charge additional fee for withdrawing. We recommend checking it before using the ATM. Payoneer has no control over this additional fee.
Monthly Fee
If your total transactions are at least two, your monthly maintenance fee is kept very low at $1, while performing less than two transactions a month, your monthly maintenance fee is $3. Monthly fee is deducted from your available balance on a monthly basis. Once the card does not have any funds on, no monthly fee will be charged.
