How do I register for an Elance Prepaid MasterCard?

Elance has partnered with Payoneer to offer the Prepaid MasterCard as an additional withdrawal source for our members. The Elance Prepaid MasterCard is a debit card that has a prepaid limit and can be used everywhere that MasterCard is accepted. Any service provider with a paid membership can apply for the Elance Prepaid MasterCard by following these steps:

1. Go to MyElance 

2. Click on the 'My Account' link located in the left menu column

3. On the 'Account Details' page, click the button ‘Get your Elance Prepaid MasterCard’ and follow the prompts

Please Note: 

Each user account is limited to one Elance Prepaid MasterCard account on Payoneer. Once you have established an account, you will no longer see the button to get a new Prepaid MasterCard.

The registration must be initiated from the Elance Account Details page and completed successfully.  Otherwise, you will not be able to later withdraw funds into your new Prepaid MasterCard account. Your new Prepaid MasterCard account will NOT show as a withdrawal option if the registration is not initiated from Elance.
