When should I use an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)?

For certain projects, you may want to ask your service providers to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, or NDA.  Employers like yourself use NDA's for various reasons to protect any Intellectual Property/Confidential Information you may need to release on the Private Message Board (PMB) to your service provider(s) in order to give them the full scope of your project's requirements.

In your project description, please state that you will require your providers to sign an NDA.  You can then attach the NDA as a .doc file to your project description, or in your PMB with your providers.
