How do I cancel a project I awarded and accepted?

1.  As the Buyer, if you wish to cancel your project, make sure to pay the service provider for any completed work and give them sufficient notice on the Private Message Board (PMB) so that the service provider can adjust their work schedule.

2.  Your service provider will need to notify Elance using a Request Fee Adjustment form (as our system does charge them a project fee after you award it to them).  Our billing and payment group will email you to confirm that you cancelled the project and adjust any fees charged to the service provider based on their original bid price.
