How do I invite a service provider to bid on a project I've already posted?

You can invite service providers to quote on a project you've already posted in two ways:

1. If you already know the username of the service provider you want to invite or want to find service providers to invite, log into MyElance and go to Buyer Activity, click the project name and then click the Invite Bids button. Type the usernames of service providers you would like to invite to quote on that project.

2. You can also browse the service providers listed in your project's category and invite them directly from their profiles. Once you find a service provider, click the checkbox next to their username in the service provider directory, then scroll up and click on the 'invite to bid' button. If you are logged in, you will be given the option to invite the service provider to an existing project.

3. If you are looking at a service provider's detailed profile page, click on the 'contact me' button.  A pop-up will appear, and you can choose one of your open, posted projects if you are logged in.
