How do I Invite service providers to quote on a new project posting?

You can invite providers from provider search results or from a specific provider's profile: 

1. Search for providers with a particular skill or expertise. 

2. Once you have found provider(s) that meet your needs, click on the service provider's name to see their service profile containing detailed service description, experience, skills, credentials, feedback and work samples.

3. Inviting provider from profile: Click the 'Contact Me' button on the top right.  You will see an 'Invite to Bid' popup.  If you already have active postings, they will appear in this list. You can either choose an existing posting or create a new one. 

4. Inviting providers from search results: You can invite one or more providers at a time by placing check mark(s) in the "Invite to Bid" column and then clicking on the 'Invite to Bid' button at the top of the column.  If you already have active postings, they will appear in this list. You can either choose an existing posting or create a new one. 

5. If you are creating a new posting, and would like to limit bidders to only those that you invite, choose 'Only the providers I invite to my posting' in the 'Who can bid?' section. Please note that you can always invite more providers at any time while the posting is active.  Even if you have an open posting where anyone can bid, you can invite specific providers to your posting.

6.  Each service provider you invite will receive an email invitation to bid.  You will be notified when they submit a bid.

7. If this is an Invite Only project - it will show on the project search results only to you and those providers that have been invited.
