What is Elance feedback?

Feedback is the history of how an Elance service provider or an Elance buyer has been evaluated by other Elance members.

Service providers have overall feedback statistics as well as individual feedback reviews for specific projects. Click on the recent feedback statistics for any service provider in the marketplace and you go directly to a page displaying the service provider's overall and detailed feedback statistics. Buyers rate and leave comments about service providers after the project has been completed, while service providers leave comments about their buyers.  Only Elance service providers and Elance buyers who are engaged in an awarded project through Elance can leave feedback for one another.

New providers - those that have become Elance members in the last 90 days - are identified with a "New Provider" icon, displayed in the feedback column.
