Another member left me feedback. Why isn't my feedback appearing?
As a service provider, the feedback you receive through Elance is displayed only after you pay the associated Elance project fee. If you are a buyer and your feedback for a project is not showing up on the service provider’s profile page, the service provider has not yet paid the related project fee.
If a feedback rating does not appear in your Elance service provider profile page and the related project fee was paid, we ask that you please click the 'Contact Us' link above to contact our Customer Service team.
