What is an Elance Connect?
Each service provider membership plan comes with a monthly level of activity (Connects). The number of Connects required per proposal varies according to the value of the project. Your level of activity is reset at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. Unused Connects from the previous billing period do not roll-over. Repeat projects do not require Connects. You can increase your level of activity by adding Connects or upgrading your plan at anytime.
Potential buyers can connect to service providers through the following methods:
1. Post a project description on Elance, and service providers submit proposals (bids).
2. Use the "View" button in the "More Contact Options" section on a service provider's profile page.
3. Use the Elance Chat feature on a service provider's profile page.
4. Use the Elance Call feature on a service provider's profile page.
