What are the Activity Metrics on the Provider Profile?
In the 'Overall Elance Activity' section of the provider profile, the following details are available about the provider's activities on Elance:
- Member Since: The month and year the provider first created an account on Elance
- Last Customer Feedback: The date of the last feedback the provider received
- Repeat Customers: The number of unique customers who have done more than one project with the provider, out of the total number of unique customers for the provider's entire Elance lifetime across all categories. Unique customers have awarded at least one milestone to the provider, and the project was not cancelled.
- Repeat Earnings: The provider's total earning from the repeat customers minus the first project with the repeat customer, divided by the total earnings during the provider's entire Elance lifetime across all categories.
