How many Proposals can I make?
As a service provider on Elance, you can submit proposals on projects in a specific service category once you have a membership plan with the category with the proper number of Connects, created a profile and have passed the Elance Admissions test.
Each membership plan comes with a monthly allotment of Connects. You can use a particular number of Connects to submit a proposal on a project in your membership category. You can purchase additional Connects at any time.
You can view your monthly Connect amount by following the steps below:
1. Log in to the MyElance Main Menu.
If you are not logged in, enter your Elance username and password.
2. Click the 'My Account' > Membership Status' link to review your monthly Connect balance.
Please Note: The number of Connects that are used when submitting a proposal will vary depending on the posted project amount, if the project is a Featured Posting, and if you are submitting a bid with sponsored placement.
If you have any remaining Connects at the end of your monthly billing period, they do NOT roll over to the next monthly period. They will reset to your monthly allotment.
