What is the Prepaid Subscription Balance?
Service providers, who had active subscriptions when the new Provider Membership Plan went into effect on December 4, 2007, will have a prepaid subscription balance. This balance is the pro-rated, carry-over subscription balance from the previous membership subscriptions which is applied to the provider's Elance account and can only be used for future monthly membership fees.
To see the amount in your Prepaid Subscription Balance, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to the MyElance Main Menu
2. Click the 'My Account' > 'Account Details' link on the left panel
3. You'll see the Prepaid Subscription Balance amount in the top Account Summary section
