Will I receive a credit if I upgrade my Elance membership?
As a service provider on Elance, you can upgrade your membership at any time. You can choose to affect your upgrades immediately or in the next billing cycle. Immediate upgrades will result in the immediate charge of the full cost associated with the upgrades without pro-rating.
1. Log in to the MyElance Main Menu.
If you are not logged in, enter your Elance username and password.
2. Click on the 'My Account' > 'Membership Status' link on the left navigation menu.
3. Click on the ‘Edit Membership Plan’ link.
4. Make changes to your plan and click Continue.
5. Choose to affect your upgrade immediately or in the next billing cycle if the option is available.
6. Review any immediate payments as a result of the change, confirm your payment method and click Submit to complete the change.
