Teams: A New Way to Organize and Work Together
We are pleased to introduce Teams, a new way for Elance providers to organize as a team and work together. The Teams functionality is available for Small and Large Business provider memberships as an optional add-on feature for a fee.

How do you know if Teams is right for you? Take our four-question quiz below:
- Do different members of your organization review jobs and submit proposals?
- Do you employ managers who have the responsibility of interfacing with clients and acting as team leaders for other employees?
- Are the people in your organization who manage the financial aspects of your Elance business different than those who complete the work?
- Do you want a way to route private message (PMB) communications specifically to the person working on a project?
Did you say yes to at least one of these questions? Then Teams might be right for you. Learn more by viewing the Elance University video tutorial and frequently asked questions.
In addition to launching Teams, we also released enhancements to the Tracker and to Status Reports, and made it possible for employers to indicate their preference to work with a provider who uses Status Reports.
We hope you enjoy the new features! Learn more details about this release on Elance Talk

As buyers we would also appreciate a feature so that we can organize in teams; One may be talking to the design provider and another to the programmers. This today gets quite confusing. |

Perhaps Elance should provide a way for individuals to work in teams for certain projects. I think it would open up a whole new window of opportunities for us newbies out here, trying to gain experience for our resumes and profiles. |
