We are pleased to introduce Teams, a new way for Elance providers to organize as a team and work together. The Teams functionality is available for Small and Large Business provider memberships as an optional add-on feature for a fee.

2. Do you employ managers who have the responsibility of interfacing with clients and acting as team leaders for other employees?
3. Are the people in your organization who manage the financial aspects of your Elance business different than those who complete the work?

In addition to launching Teams, we also released enhancements to the Tracker and to Status Reports, and made it possible for employers to indicate their preference to work with a provider who uses Status Reports.
