It would be more of an advantage if at the end of the test you were provided with the questions that were wrong. I find the self-testing process frustrating. I believe I that hands on experience should have some value and most of the skilled test are by far too technical. Just my opinion.

Looks pretty cool - keyword skill lookups aren't working, though. Try ABAP or VBA in Web & Programming.

Hi djsoffice,

Thank you for your comment.

We agree with you about the value of hands-on experience. We offer skills tests as another opportunity for you to further prove your expertise and knowledge in addition to building your profile to showcase your experience and samples of your work.

We don't plan on providing information for which questions were answered incorrectly on our skills tests. However, we do allow unlimited test retakes so you can certainly review the content covered in the test before taking the test again. I would also encourage you to leave us feedback on the tests while you are taking them (which you can do for each question). This helps us incorporate your input and improve the tests for the Elance community .

Regards,
Rachel
