Every Elance member has a unique code, referred to as an RID or referral identification code, assigned to their Elance account, and all referrals are tracked through this system.
You earn $50 for every qualified referral*. Just use the unique RID code assigned to your Elance account to refer friends to Elance, and we'll deposit $50 into your Elance Account. The more friends you tell about Elance, the more the cash can really add up!
*A qualified referral is a new Elance member you send to Elance that spends or earns at least $1,000 within 12 months of your referral.
