Illustration, with a special emphasis on cartoons and comic book illustration, or any form of graphic or illustrative storytelling. A particular specialty of mine is imitating different styles of illustration from various eras, or doing pastiches of different artists.
I tend to use Photoshop or occasionally ProCreate Painter for colours and finishes, but of course I can adapt myself to whatever medium is required.

Service Description
I've been a comic book artist and writer for several years now, posting my own comics at phantasmictales.com, and having had a number of other works published in anthologies and for hire on other websites. I'm now offering my services as a professional illustrator.
My work has a cartoony flavour--I tend to do humor-oriented stuff--but I pride myself on my ability to work in several different styles and genres. I put a high premium on making sure the art suits the project, and I love experimenting with pastiches of other artists or art styles.
My biggest influences include Jeff Smith, Eric Powell, Carl Barks, the gang at EC comics, and a bunch of European comics artists including Goscinny & Underzo, Peyo and Herge. Also a huge fan of Alan Moore and Grant Morrison, from a writing perspective. And Leonardo Da Vinci, less for his art than for his mad skillz on the turntable.
