BDA Books is a boutique publishing company and was established by author Belinda D'Alessandro in 2007 to publish her debut crime novel. BDA Books is an independent publisher and is completely familiar with the publishing process, from inception of a book through to making it available worldwide.

BDA Books is now pleased to offer assistance with publishing services (such as book design, cover design, editing, advice on the publishing process including obtaining ISBNs from your local ISBN Agency and referrals to other service providers for services such as web design and marketing) to authors who wish to independently publish their books and to businesses looking to produce manuals and the like in book format.

Our clients span the globe and we have worked with clients as well as other service providers in Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain and the U.S. (on both the East Coast and the West Coast). We are capable of working with clients across timezones.

BDA Books offers a number of publishing services, including editing, book design and cover design.

There are a number of different types of editing which an author might require: developmental editing, copy-editing and proofreading.

Developmental editing services can include:

1. Reading through the entire manuscript to gain an understanding of the content;
2. Examining the theme, writing style, and pace of the book;
3. Identifying areas of need; and
