Service Description

I have over 15 years of experience at all levels of business and professional services consulting as a presenter, certified sign language interpreter, mentor, administrator, and national committee chair. My interests lie in the development and implementation of creative models for improving business and organizational operations and strategy implementation as well as ensuring effective commuinication. As former President of Communication Access Network of America, Inc., and President of Snap Telecommunications (Snap!VRS), I developed technologies and programs that are used in more than 100 client programs. I served as the chair of the Video Interpreting Committee (VIC) for the Registry of the Interpreters for the Deaf, Inc. (RID), representing over 20,000 members at the national, state and local levels. I am also attending Concord Law School in pursuit of my law degree.

We provide a full range of RID certified sign language interpreting using the most up-to-date technology. Business clients are able to use our online scheduling tools to indicate the type of service they require. When an interpreter is found, the Deaf or Hard of Hearing consumer is notified by email so that both the client and the consumer are aware that arrangements have been made.
