I have used AutoCAD since 1984, and 3ds max and Photoshop since 1990. I have extensive civil and site design experience, and am an accomplished architectural designer. I have used Chief Architect for over 10 years.

I was one of the original third party developers for both Autodesk and Worldbuilder, and can provide a variety of customization and enhancement solutions for AutoCAD.

To provide my clients with unequalled services and products, I am committed to staying in constant contact, and I provide many interim progress reports, data, and images as the job progresses.

Having experience in architectural, civil, and site design gives me a well-rounded perspective on the entire job, from design through construction.

While my freelance focus is on architectural models and renderings, I am fully capable of taking a project from concept to construction drawings.

When I design a home, I consider the client's needs, aesthetic and budgetary, as well as the visual and environmental impact of the overall project. I am attentive to detail and work quickly to provide accurate and realistic designs.

I can do complete 3d house plans, from sketch to finished drawings, including sections, elevations, 3d model, and materials list.

I can take a concept site plan and deveop a complete site design, including parking, grading, preliminary stormwater designs, GIS and environmental considerations.
