I am an individual based in London, UK working freelance as a children's book illustrator. I am a member of SCBWI (Society of Children's Book Writers and illustrators) and I specialise in books for young children featuring characters of all races and cultures.
I have been illustrating children's books since 1981, working on over 60 books which have been published internationally in over 14 languages. I mainly work on books for young children aged 0-10 though I do sometimes do illustrations for older age groups. I specialise in multicultural characters and my work is commissioned for both educational and commercial projects large and small.
I work with writers and publishers and one of my strengths is my ability to put others ideas on paper with great accuracy.
