3D Modeler to Model Lamps for Promo Materials
I would like to test to see if a market exists for a dog lamp concept I have. I would like to hire a 3D Modeler who can take my rough graphic comps and turn them into lifelike models I could insert into living room and office scenes to demonstrate what the dog lamps might look like in someone's home or office. This is just modeling. The project does not require any actual moving sequences. Auto-responses that do not address any specifics of my project will be deleted immediately.
The lamp is made from the silhouette of a dog, with a lampshade made to look the protective cone dogs must sometimes where after a visit to the veterinarian. See a real life sample here: http://robertowestbrook.com/blog/2010/02/my-beagle-wearing-cone-of-shame/
The dogs body will be made of two solid duplicate pieces of plastic (single dimensions), hinged at the spine, and will open like a book, creating the butt, two rear legs, and two front feet the dog lamp will need to stabilize on the floor.
Here is a sample of something similar, though my lamps would be bigger (perhaps 3/4 life size) and sit on the floor as if looking up waiting for a treat. http://motheach.blogspot.com/2012/03/i-love-lamp-some-of-irelands-bright.html
Attached are some .psd comps of the single silhouette as well as what it might look like with two legs opened up. Please let me know if there are other materials that would be helpful.
