Administrative Telephone Call Support
Provide telephone call support for students, educators, parents, customers and clients who make inbound inquiries generated from contact information at three Client related web sites:

This involves answering calls using our VOIP service, Ring Central. Must have high speed internet connection. Will answer questions of callers, take orders and process registrations. Will also forward any messages to intended receipient.
Phone coverage procedures, technical specifications and equipment to be provided by Client. Ongoing web site tutorials and common Q and A handling to be provided by Client as projects is underway and continues. Call logs and call traffic reports to be available from Contractor as required for Client review. IM capability by both Client and Contractor for timely call support assistance. Hand off procedures by agreement. Volume or performance bonuses by agreement. Client posting of Contractor reviews at Elance as appropriate.
Fixed Price: Fixed weekly retainer of $75. (NET to Contractor renewable on a week-to-week basis at Client's Option)
