I would like to create a simple to use "newbie friendly" but professional quality custom site builder that allows someone to answer several questions (niche, color scheme, affiliate link...etc) and a custom affiliate site promoting a product from Clickbank (clickbank.com) in the niche the customer chooses gets created. To make this easy, we can create 20+ designs/templates that are put in "rotation" and used for a new site for a customer. The customer must have the ability to "tweak" some layout/colors of his/her newly created site in the "Basic" mode BUT have FULL access to change much more in the "Advanced mode". Once the site is built, I would like an easy click/drag interface for the customer to make it easy for him/her to make changes. They must be able to upload their own images as well so they can have a fully customized website of their own. I would like the customer to have the ability to choose a preset domain name (site builder creates sub-domain name for the customer from 10 domain names I will purchase) OR purchase their own domain name and use it for their new site(s) from within their admin panel directly (if possible)!
These sites will be automatically created and placed on my server and I will have access to all customer account settings (lock/unlock account, reset password....etc). I would also like to have the ability to enable/disable/add/delete specific categories/subcategories/specific products from within the admin panel. This will allow me to hand select specific products from within each niche that I know converts really well which will help my customers promote proven products that sell! Also, I would like the ability to limit the number of sites a customer can build. I need this because the front-end product will be for 3 sites max with an upsell for 10 and a downsell for 5! So, the site builder will need an API with Clickbank so it knows which product(s) the customer has purchased and automatically configure the customer's account. For example, a customer purchases the main product which allows them to build a max of 3 affiliate sites. Then they purchase the upsell which allows them to build a max of 10 sites. Their account MUST be able to communicate with Clickbank and adjust the max allowable sites the user is allowed to build and manage. This can be easily done by connecting a specific product number from within MY Vendor Clickbank Account to this setting. For example, in my Vendor account I will have product #1 (3 sites), product #2 (5 sites) & product #3 (10 sites). The clickbank API will communicate with my admin panel and "unlock" or "allow" the customer to build more/less sites depending on which product they purchased (1, 2 or 3).
A nice/easy to navigate customer admin panel must also be created for the customer to be able to manage his/her affiliate sites. This is where they are taken to each time they login to their account. They can quickly see a list of sites he/she has created and have the ability to access these sites and its settings with 1-click. When a customer purchases, their own admin panel gets created and the new customer gets emailed their UNIQUE password (username can be their full email address which will make it easy for ME to lookup the customer's account from within MY admin panel in case I need to lock/unlock their account or reset their password).
