Help needed in writing business journal article
I came across your profile after an extensive search for assistance on an article/journal I have written with the aim of having it published in the Harvard Business Review or similar business/professional journal.
Howard, the article/journal I have composed is just under 8,000 words in length and is 'tentatively' titled "The business of sports: The world's most complex industry" and aims to bring attention to the complexities in managing in the pro sports business over other sectors, and what other sectors can take from management in the pro sports industry.
The intent being to bring attention to management in the pro sports business, the complexities of it and abilities of those sports executives which excel in it – who are never really acknowledged generally within the business world.
Of course, I would expect it to also reflect positively on me, and my company, as a leader and thinker in the field of pro sports.
As such, I require a 'keen and adept eye' to review it and provide feedback on how it can be improved upon to make it a little more engaging, fluent and to a lesser extent more persuasive.
The structure and research has already been done, so I'm satisfied with this aspect – although not averse to any constructive feedback.
As such, I am kindly requesting your consideration of whether you (i) have the time; and (ii) if you are interested in assisting me.
If both of these questions are responded to in the affirmative, I can then send you a draft copy of what I have written thus far.
Howard, also - and in the interests of transparency - would appreciate knowing your rates/costs.
