AWS VPN on Cisco 881
We are implementing a AWS VPC for our servers. We are establishing VPN tunnels from AWS to 2 sites. We have two sites which need to be connected. We will install a Cisco 881 SEC K9 router at each site. We'll provide remote shell access to both routers, but the routers will be in defaulted configurations. We will connect the routers onsite, and connect a console cable to a computer. That computer will have internet access by another means. We will need the routers configured with the public and private IP's, and then the tunnels set up to AWS. We will also need a tunnel set up between the routers, giving us a 3 site mesh. The tunnels will use the dynamic routing configuration for AWS, which requires BGP. The routers are enabled with BGP. We will provide the AWS cisco configuration from Amazon for the tunnel configuration.
