I also have a long background of K-12 education and being a nanny/babysitter so being around kids, understanding kids or being able to come to their level to understand them is something I am very used to. I have 6 nephews of my own so I am constantly surrounded by kids! I believe I am well rounded and use my time wisely when it comes to projects. I am a fast learner, I usually take it upon myself to solve issues and if that does not work than I am not afraid to ask questions. I would rather something be done correctly because I asked a question than have it be incorrect.
