I am a retired University Professor in Finance having 24 years of experience in teaching in a reputed business School in South India. I have also conducted various research studies during my period at the University and have guided students for their doctorate degree. For the last 4 years I am providing back office support to a US firm, Ascella Technologies, an IT support firm. My personal task includes collection of time sheets from the employees, record them in Quickbooks, run payroll based on the time sheets, Preparation of invoices based on the time sheets and its submission to clients, follow up and timely collection, management of payables, accounting and preparation of financial reports and analysis. On the requirement of the client I do certain research.
