In my two years of experience at The Voice at UNGs Oconee campus and The Compass at its Gainesville campus, I have been able to develop my skills as a writer and a reporter through interviewing, photographing, writing, working with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, meeting deadlines, reporting, and collaborating with other staff members and editors. I have worked for the Lifestyle section of one paper and the Arts and Entertainment sections of both newspapers.
