I live in Los Angeles and work as a screenwriter. Lastly, I have worked extensively as an editor for published non-fiction novel, and have published original works in poetry and fiction.
My name is Angus McCallum, I am a junior screenwriter looking for work placement in the video games industry. I have experience working with native programs such as Microsoft Word, as well as exclusive screenwriting applications like Celtx. I have recently graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a Bachelor's degree in 'Computer Games Technology'. In addition to this, I have also received an award by the University (Best Game Design Award of 2014) for my scriptwriting work on the game, 'The Stina and the Wolf RPG' by Ambient Quest Studios.
My expertise is primarily in creative writing for films, scripts and novels. I have a deep understanding story structure, narrative and characters and can help your project take shape and shine! I am also proficient at visual editing, so in the case of film, I am able to understand story from both a development and a post-production point of view. Writer-for-hire specializing in creative solutions for difficult requirements and restrictions. Screenwriter, short story writer, film and TV guru, consultant, story analyst, proofreader, editor.
I am a self taught screenwriter for as long as I can remember. I followed this up by studying screenwriting at the International Film School Cologne. A few months ago I participated in Pilar Alessandra's First Draft and Rewrite Classes in Studio City, mainly to convince myself I can cut it in English. As an employee I have scripted laser show events (e.g. Telekom, McDonald's Manager Convention), video clips, games for a TV game show as well as corporate short films. Last but not the least, freelancing as a screenwriter earned my contractors subsidiaries from three different states here in Germany. Writing to me means writing from constraints, be that format, genre, page numbers, a tight deadline or simply staying true to someone's original vision. Texts to me are pretty much like musical compositions, you want flow, you want subtlety, discovery and connecting the dots. There is a lot of "me" in here and I usually don't like writing in first person. The text is more important.
I'm from Germany. So I guess my work ethic is build around reliability and punctuality. As they say, stereotypes are there for some reasons. I'm in my master's program for Psychology at the Humboldt University to Berlin. And my vision is to combine science with art and creativity. I work as a scholar at the Max Planck institute for Human development. My job is to translate theories into mathematical equation. All that happens in English. So I'm very familiar with academic English. My coworkers are from all around the world. At my free time I need to express myself through art. I love to illustrate. I use my psychological knowledge to create pictures with certain impressions on people. Additionally, I like to create characters and stories. I'm interested in film and I'm currently involved in the screenwriting and directing of a film about social manipulation. As you can see my interests are ranging from maths to English and art, which makes me an all-round talent in progress.

Hello to all! My name is Sierra Holland, and I have been writing professionally since 2011, so going on four years now. I am an English major with a flair for creative writing, but I love every form of the art using words. Whether poetry, prose, fiction, nonfiction, screenwriting, et cetera, I will not balk from it. I have written under every genre, and I love to pull on your heart strings. I believe that in any writing, balance needs to measured equally, even if your next step will surprise your readers. I also have a history with resumes, as I have created many in my previous freelance work. I love children's books, and always have an idea for the next step in such to keep it simple but imaginative. With 30 + years experience writing and producing independent & foreign film, commercials, music videos, constructing copy and web content for several leading worldwide companies, I am a tested, professional writer who delivers significant results on tight schedules. Recently, I have focused on producing all the marketing and social media content for an internet startup. This includes all content and copy for two websites, two cloud applications, press releases, marketing emails, blog posts, white papers, social media posts on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Tumblr, telemarketing scripts, video scripts and commercials. Whether you need any of the above from condensing a long narrative into a few words or creating a captivating web presence, you will get unique, compelling content that emotionally links to an audience that is never plagiarized or outsourced.
I have been writing most of my life since about age 6 begining with children's stories, comic books, comic strips, short stories and even attempting novels with the naivety that most elementary schoolers have. Throughout high school and college my interests matured to article writing, short fiction, business copy and screen writing. I fell in love with film at a very young age and as I grew up I discovered that once I was finished writing something, I wanted to make it come alive so film and video production seemed like a natural course of action for me. I have run a video production company in South Florida for the past 12 years, and my professional writing experince includes all written materials for my business, a year of writing for Ehow.com and other instructional sites, scripts for films and commercials, and a limited run at blogging. I haven't grown up completely though, my interest in novel writing has re-emerged and am in the writing process now.
I am currently involved in work that utilizes my creative skills as an SEO copywriter. I am interested in work that will continue to challenge me creatively in this and related areas. I am also a professional screenwriter who has received awards and recognition for multiple screenplays and teleplays. I am interested in working with production companies who are on the lookout for fresh, original, highly creative material.
An expert in writing basic English, I have experience in many areas of writing; business writing, technical/training manual writing, copy writing, online copy and blog writing, non-fiction writing, academic writing, and many forms of creative writing. Examples of my work include writing copy and blogging for the RaboDirect Online Savings bank website. Writing technical manuals and training guides for Government Departments. Creating and maintaining hundreds of email templates for staff to use to respond to customer queries. As well as extensive fiction and non-fiction academic writing to a high standard. My passion is screenwriting and I was nominated as a finalist in the New Zealand Writer's Guild's inaugural Unproduced Screenplay Competition in 2012. This passion for screenwriting has branched into a love of filmmaking and I now have experience in making short films, wedding videography, and video postcards of cities in Europe.
My education at the universities of Notre Dame and Cambridge, and my varied writing life -- as a novelist, journalist and screenwriter -- have prepared me well for the challenges of freelance writing and editing. Years spent as a film and video editor have given me a solid grounding in technology and a good understanding of current culture. And a lifelong obsession with the written word leads me to enjoy almost every task that has to do with language and what it communicates to the people who encounter it.
I've got years of experience for working in the media: online, television, radio and print content. I have degrees in digital media, visual journalism and screenwriting (last one in English). My native language is Finnish and I have worked and studied in the UK. My head is filled with ideas, but while working I'm very focused and meticulous. Let's get busy!

I've been screenwriter and script consultant in the most successfull bulgarian tv series for last 20 years "Undercover". Have worked for more than 10 tv shows and different formats. In 2013 I finished my bachelor's degree in dramaturgy in National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts, Sofia. Right now I'm studying a master in Film and TV Arts in the same academy. I offer any kind of writing for screen and stage. I love to create interesting appealing characters with their own voices, and reveal their true nature through spectacular and unexpected plot points. I'm very interested in psychology and I think that is which make my characters vivid and truthfull. For me the key in writing is to pass emotions to your audience and make them feel. I think I'm really good at it.
I've spent five years on the standup circuit, honing my craft and have written enough jokes to fill a small pool. I often focus on topical material and have an acute aptitude for observational content. In addition I have branched out into screenwriting and blogging and consider myself a fierce hashtag war competitor, able to generate no less than 20 tags per topic. (See Twitter Feed) My goals are to write commercially relevant, topical, comedic and philosophically germane content across a host of verticals, gaining porofessional experience in every form of writing I can. I consider stand up comedy to be a necessity in my life- I simply have to do it. I've even tried to quit, a couple of times, but to no avail, and here's why. Stand up comedy is one of the last truly pure forms of performance, I write it, I perform it, If I succeed I reap the benefits, If if fail, I live to joke another day, and for that reason, I am, like so many others like myself, addicted to the funny.
