Basic Adobe Illustrator / Indesign / Dreamweaver / Document Editing
Our budget for the work is $50 per job. Each job currently takes our in house person 2.5hrs to complete. The job includes the following tasks:
1) Editing an existing logo design to change the name within the logo (use same logo - just switch out the name in it with the new company name). Save file in high Res format. Send the logo to us for review - to ensure it looks ok. Once we approve the logo go to task 2.
2) Add newly edited logo to an electronic banner ad file. Save file in high res format.
3) Make a few edits to the company contact information on a tri-fold brochure, and insert the new logo into it. Save in a PDF format.
4) Make a few edits to the company contact information on an electronic presentation folder file. Add new logo into it. Save in a high res format.
5) Edit a .jpg file to change the phone number on it. Save file in web format .jpg.
6) Make a few edits to an existing 10 page website using dreamweaver - edit company contact information and cut and paste one line on each page. Add the new logo and edited .jpg file. FTP the files up to the company's web hosting provider. We provide FTP userid and password.
7) Edit a business card template file to input the new company information. Save to PDF.
We usually have two or three of these jobs per month.
We also have a need for someone to be a resource for our clients to make edits to their websites after we put up their basic site. If things went well with you we would be interested in listing your name on our documentation so our clients could contact you seperately for website edits. Most of our current 134 clients don't need alot of changes to their sites - usually date updates at end of year and other minimal periodic edits but some may want more than that. It would be up to you to decide what work you could take on and in what time frames.
