-- Contractor has done a very bad job and given us substandard minimal work. The site given to us was nonfunctional and apethetic by anystandards. We do not know how they claim to be such a powerful programming house
-- Contractor works on too many project at same time and fails to pay attention to client, does not answer calls and is aloof to bugs and errors on their own work. They dont even test it.
-- We are in no way accepting working further with this contractor, they have wasted our time completely and set us back for a project meant to be launched for Christmas 2012. Instead we are starting again.
-- They called and begged us to post good reviews in return for working extra hard on project to finish it up in few days. We made a mistake in posting good comments on another project and should have known better. We vowed to post the truth about this contractor, because we are tired of mediocre contractors on ELANCE.
-- Contractor thought we would accept their mediocrity.
-- Our chat room contains our comments the very first time they sent us the work and you can clearly see the disdain and disbelief we had and our attempt to get them to give us meaningful work repeatedly and for them to test their own work, which they never did, and so this is where we are.
-- ELANCE Leadership needs to do a better job of getting quality contractors and vetting them properly.

“The client certainly seems to have some concerns and we feel it is our professional obligation to classify the real situation into a broader perspective that fits within the true and real background of the project and helps everybody to ascertain the actuality that led to this inevitable situation. Wherein the client is highly disgruntled and we are being forced to take the blame that has frail credibility when it is vetted against the real situation that culminated into the current state of this project. Here are our inputs, not in our defense but certainly in support of genuine circumstances that has wrongly forced the client to believe in a self-modulated situation: 1. According to the project scope and agreed terms, we have completed 100 % work. The client never paid on time and did not even escrow the amount for the project; however, still we kept working on the final deliverable. The work is live and anyone can review that the work done is perfect and in complete accordance with the agreed scope. 2. We do not agree with the client and the fact is that the website is functional and all the features are active as per agreed scope of the project and also as per the client approval. We also have done a lot of extra work which was beyond the agreed project scope and we accomplished it based on goodwill and client request. The platforms and the flow was proposed to the client by us, since client is non-technical. 3. We had a dedicated team working on the projects and this allegation is baseless and we have been there on the calls whenever requested. 4. The review was posted by the client since the site was functioning well and client admitted on call ”
“We got this feedback because the client wanted the code to go live on his server without any funds escrow and release, and wanted us to keep working on his server till his satisfaction without any payment release and escrow, this exactly display the level of professionalism, on the top he gave the project cancellation and refund request with the complete code request that has been executed, which we obviously cannot accept after 100% percent completion of the project. We totally disagreed with the client and state and standby that the website is functional and all the features are there as per agreed scope of the project and also as per the client approval we have gone beyond to the limitations and have done a lot of extra work which always stated to be in scope just for the client satisfaction. The client never paid on time and did not even agreed to escrow the amounts for the project; however, still we kept working on the final deliverable. This was our mistake that we worked for the client without funds escrow and trusted him on a good note. Also, If you check clients history you will find that he gave 5 stars rating on the other project because we handed over the code that we were never paid balance. Also client has clearly mentioned that Flexsin Team was on time to deliver the project, however they got delayed because of client unavailability.
