“Inaccurate, not willing to take any responsibility for changes, difficult to deal with, lots of reports, no substance. I was so disappointed with this company, I withdrew the project 60% complete and have given it to another supplier to complete. They still insisted I pay completely for the project. A very very bad experience.”
“We are not sure why the client chose to weave such negativity given the fact that we have completed the site as per the agreed upon scope and have also set it up successfully on the client’s server. The site essentially is an ecommerce website for selling food and beverages online. We have developed the site using Magento. We have kept the client updated on the progress of the project throughout the duration of the project and have accommodated all the changes and modifications that he sought before setting up the site on his hosting server. Had the client required any additional modifications to be done we would have been happy to address them as we have already done for him earlier also. We do not think that leaving such a feedback thus is in the right spirit. Having said that, we take this in our stride and wish the client the best for all his future endeavors - The SynapseIndia team
“We have really appreciated your professionalism, your willingness to go the extra yard and of course your extended knowledge.
