The wavelengths used in blue light therapy range from 405 nm through 470 nm. The closer the wavelength is to UV, the shorter the wavelength, the more antibacterial properties it retains. The farther the wavelength is from UV, the longer the wavelength, the deeper it penetrates the skin.
