“Shabir, a BizBees employee, told me that BizBees was beginning work as eVisionPlus through Elance. Shabir asked me to move all of my BizBees jobs over to the eVisionPlus profile to help build that side of their business. Shabir has represented himself as an owner of the BizBees company the whole time and often talked about his business partner and making sure they both were on the same page. I went along with it. I have paid on 3 projects at eVisionPlus. The developers where all BizBees employees. A BizBees developer asked why I had not paid for the work. After review it turns out that Shabir was not a partner of BizBees and he was funneling money through the eVisionPlus account all for himself and stealing the money.
Shabir is able to lie like no one I have ever met. He continues to deny the stolen money and claims he deserved it regardless of the means by which he obtained the money. The developers never got paid, and he now is a richer man.
“Oh difficult to explain complete scenario here! It is a dispute between the two local partners and it wasnt justify by any means to describe here by the respected client in a great hasten without analyzing the exact matter. Though he realized later, says sorry and agrees to continue working with BBT but the shell was fired! I am comfortable, at least he realize his blunder and shall continue working with my ex partner (my countryman)”
“No doubt, he is a potential buyer here at Elance but as a matter of fact, he always holds payments & final feedbacks for long time after successful project completion. In this way, he keeps the provider working on additional specs way beyond the original/agreed scope of work and try to snatch partial payment from the contractual amount. He did the same in this particular project, taking full advantage of the said dispute between the two local partners. He denies paying last seven weeks compensation (amounting US$2520, US$360 per week) of rendered services during the period starting from May 30, 2011 to July 15, 2011. It was a fix minimum cost of US$360 per week contract for ongoing Support /maintenance. He left feedback to terminate the contract in no time and refused to pay the said compensation along with termination notice period fee/cost as per termination clause of formal service agreement signed by both parties. He shall continue working with BBT but with upfront payment of each task.”

“We are continuing working with this buyer even he holds final payment & feedback. He asked extra work for final feedback and refused to pay a pending invoice amounting US$360. We shall ask upfront payments onward while working with this particular buyer. ”
